Pre-BIG-POST Musings
So as I regain coherency, a couple things to ponder before the BIGGGG post.
This feeling of emptiness is at once exactly what I expected and completely different. It's really messing with my emotions.

So as I regain coherency, a couple things to ponder before the BIGGGG post.
DONE.
I have nothing to say (right now at least, I have pages and pages of things to say when I can form coherent thoughts) except...
OK, that's it. I've caught up with my friends list, I've x-ed out of ONTD (for real this time)...this is it. I'm out of here.
But first (and I realize maybe the one person left of my friends list still online will see this), the gravity of it all hit me today. And it was weird. Up until now it's been crazy excitement. I mean, my freaking Gryffindor shirt arrived today! But then suddenly...I can't quite explain the feeling. It just happens. Suddenly you get what it feels like to be part of something so much bigger than yourself, and that it's all about to be over. And it's wonderful and heartbreaking and indescribable all at once. LOVE HARRY POTTER SO MUCH.
So there's nothing left to say but...
PEACE OUT LJ, AND ENJOY THE BOOK MY FELLOW HARRY POTTER READERS!!!!
Honestly, screw Europe and all my friends coming back and posting all their fun little albums and comments on Facebook. Just, ugh. I'm being really bitter, but I don't care. I'll get over it.
Also, I HATE THE COLLEGEBOARD. As it turns out, they didn't send my junior year scores to colleges. Thanks, CB, for screwing me over.
On a positive note, I have this dress! I feel special.

Lastly, STARS IS THE BEST BAND EVER AND NOTHING YOU CAN SAY WILL CHANGE MY MIND.
Stars (the band) OWNS MY SOUL. Their new album (doesn't come out until September but my kick ass friend sent it to me early) is SO FANTASTIC. Better yet, as my friend and I discussed, it's going to make the best Deathly Hallows soundtrack ever. Ever!
So awesome.
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix: A. (A- when I think about the ending too much. I can't tell.)
OK. So you know the whole "The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly" thing? Yeah, that's how this review is going to work, except it's going to be "The Good, the Bad, and the Hot" starting with "The Hot" because...
JUST SAW OOTP JUST SAW OOTP JUST SAW OOTP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have to be at work in, oh, 5 hours, so I'm getting my ass to bed, but top three things to know (not really spoilery unless you're way paranoid):
1. They messed with the ending a bit. Part of me thinks it was awesome, but the other part is weirded out that Cedric's death had a bigger effect than Sirius'.
2. I'm sorry, I'm going to have a tough time buying Harry/Ginny in HBP. Just saying.
3. I LOVE YOU 1.) Evanna Lynch 2.) Imelda Staunton 3.) HOT HOT Gary Oldman and 4.) THE TRIO - especially you, DANRAD!!!
OK, way more to come tomorrow, I promise.
In 24 hours I will be seeing OOTP. I AM SO EXCITED! Seriously, my mind is a complete skljfdkj;af right now. In fact, I'm so excited that I mixed up the time that Leno is on and completely missed danrad's appearance. *facepalm* That's OK, that's what YouTube is for.
Anyhow, I'm stoked. Juiced. Pumped. All of the above.
P.S. Ahh it's been FOREVER since I last posted. Oops. Nothing in real life has really been worth posting about, to be honest. All my friends are gone and...that's that.
But Order of the Phoenix. In less than 24 hours. Get hyphy.
Wow, I haven't posted in forever. It's been a weird time. I've graduated. I've started work. I've gone to Hawaii (where I am now). I've been on-and-off mad at my friends.
Graduation was fine. I don't have any pictures saved on my dad's computer, which I'm currently using, but I have two OK ones of me and my two favorite teachers saved on ofoto.com (neither are good pictures of me, but whatever).
Me and Andy (Nicest. Guy. Ever. I think I'll actually miss him the most next year.)
Me and Fern (my crazy Calc teacher)
The stuff about my work and friends is boring, so I'll just skip over that. That leaves Hawaii, which has been fun. The most important thing to know, though, is that I've given up forever on tanning. I either a.) freckle or b.) get the weirdest sunburns ever.
Also, I finished High Fidelity. Good book, excited for the movie.
Last thing: Ingrid Michaelson (see my current music). She's awesome. Check her out.
Graduation in less than four hours. That's not weird at all.
